08 November Catching up with Friends Old and New

A few members of the ASAP team had the pleasure of attending the prestigious EA Masters awards last week, most making the trip down to Evolution in London from Yorkshire for the event which took place on Wednesday 3rd November. Representing ASAP at the awards were Directors Richard Megson and Tony Hill along with Operations Manager Jamie Taylor, Training Manager Donna Johston and Team Leaders Lara Hawkins and Lucy Relins.

We enjoyed talks from Stephen M.R. Covey, author of The Speed of Trust, who really gave us some food for thought with his presentation on trust and how it can be an asset for business. There was an inspirational Q&A with Olympic gold Medalist Tom Dean, whilst Paralympic Gold Medalist Dame Sarah Story gave us a presentation called ‘Joy of The Journey’, about her impressive career as an athlete competing both in swimming and cycling.

Thank you to everyone who visited our exhibition stand to say hello, we saw some familiar faces such as our friends from SDL Auctions, Kerfuffle, Moneypenny, Ewemove, Reades and Quealy and Co, along with some new contacts too. It was a pleasure to meet you all and a special thanks to anyone who took part in our Batak competition. Well done to Edward Dunford from King Homes who won our case of champagne with a whopping score of 98!

Congratulations to all the award winners on behalf of all of us at ASAP, your fabulous efforts over what has definitely been a challenging year for estate agents have clearly paid off.
