Assured Sale & Progression Ltd (ASAP Ltd) has marked its fifth birthday with record sales and expansion of the team. As sales progression experts, our business aims to significantly reduce the time it takes to complete residential property sales and we have had our most successful year to date, recording doubling of turnover and increasing headcount to 20.
ASAP Ltd works alongside estate agents, property auctioneers, mortgage brokers and financial advisors and our bespoke service to helps ensure property sales progress as quickly and smoothly as possible. Over the past five years, we have developed a methodology that helps shave up to seven weeks off the average transaction time (from sale agreed to exchange and completion).A dedicated team of sales progression experts handle individual cases, ensuring that every element of the process is in place, helping to reduce the chances of a sale falling through.
Working alongside hundreds of businesses nationwide, we have an online portal, allowing estate agents, and by extension their customers, to have complete visibility as to the progress of their individual sale or purchase. Over our first five years of trading, ASAP Ltd has helped secure 1000’s of completed sales, employed 17 additional members of staff, all based at the company’s Pontefract Headquarters, and increased significantly the number of estate agents it works with.
Directors Richard Megson and Tony Hill, celebrated the company milestone amongst staff, announcing the company’s most successful year to date and signalling their ambition to see substantial further growth in coming years. Megson said:

ASAP Ltd was founded in 2014, when Richard and Tony brought together their knowledge and expertise to bring a new product to market. Within three months, they had employed their first member of staff, and have overseen continuous growth since then. Over that time, the ASAP proposition has evolved significantly. Three years ago, as part of an expanding service they introduced free Anti-Money Laundering Checks to help Estate Agents discharge their increasingly onerous compliance obligations. They now have plans to launch UK wide a No Sale No Fee offer for all costs and disbursements including searches, which is totally unique to the market.
