Although the sector is enjoying an unprecedented surge in activity, how long it will last is anyone’s guess.  Understandably, Estate Agents are cautious about staffing up to meet the rise in demand so they are turning to outsourcing to help them manage their sales progression.  Partnering with a specialist like ASAP gives the agent a flexible sales progression solution without any of the financial commitment. “We had an ambitious growth plan in place pre-Covid but we are bringing everything forward in response to the rapidly changing landscape.  Over recent weeks we have recruited five more Sales Progressors with more to come.  We are determined not to compromise on the quality of service so Julie’s operational skill set is going to be very valuable in helping us build capacity quickly.” says Richard Megson, MD.
