We have always offered staff the option of working from home one or two days a week so moving to remote working hasn't been a problem for us - although everyone says they miss the banter in the office. However, if the lockdown has any positives, it has reinforced to us that if you are a good Sales Progressor, it doesn't matter where you are based.
